At our store, each leather journal is carefully handcrafted and custom-made based on your selected size, color, and specifications.
Custom Orders
All custom-made items are final sale. By placing an order, you agree that products customized to your preferences cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions:
(Defective or Incorrect Items)
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item received does not match your order
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.
Conditions for Approval
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made journals (size, color, or personalized options)
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if applicable) is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

جميع المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب هي غير قابلة للاسترجاع. بإتمامك للطلب، فإنك توافق على أن المنتجات المخصصة وفق إختيارك لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها
الاستثناءات — العيوب أو الأخطاء
نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالتين
إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب في الصناعة، أو إذا كان المنتج المستلم لا يطابق الطلب المقدَّم. في هذه الحالات، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام طلبك، مع إرسال صور واضحة توضح المشكلة
شروط القبول يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية، ويُشترط تقديم إثبات الشراء
المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع المنتجات المصنوعه حسب الطلب (الحجم، اللون، أو الخيارات الشخصية)، والمنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب العميل
رسوم الشحن رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع تقع على عاتق العميل، إلا في حالات العيوب أو الأخطاء من طرفنا
